I needed an affidavit as proof of residency for a bank abroad. William was very helpful and straightforward and checked all my documents before I went to sign anything. I contacted Will needing help with a proof of name change for Italy, as they don’t accept marriage certificates. He responded very quickly and managed to fit me in at short notice.
